Wyoming Business Address & Mail Forwarding
Your Wyoming LLC touches three different addresses, and each one does a different job. Here is how they break down, why we keep them separate, and the three ways to get a Wyoming business address with mail forwarding and scanning.
Three addresses, three jobs
A Wyoming LLC uses three distinct addresses. The Wyoming Registered Office is included with the $15/year registered agent service and receives service of process and official state mail. Your principal office and your mailing address are different roles — and our registered agent address may not be used for either. For those, we provide a separate Wyoming business address with mail forwarding and scanning.
- Registered agent (legal address) — the official point of contact with the State of Wyoming; included in the registered agent service.
- Principal office — where your business actually operates; provided by you, or by a separate business address.
- Mailing address — where your business and bank mail is sent; a separate mailing or business address.
Your business address, explained
| Address | Purpose | Provided by | Can our RA address be used? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Registered agent (legal address) | Official point of contact between your LLC and the State of Wyoming. | Included in our registered agent service. | Yes — that is its purpose. |
| Principal office | Where you actually operate day to day. | You (your home or office address, or a business address). | No. |
| Mailing address | Where your business and bank mail is sent. | Same as your principal address, or a separate mailing address. | No. |
Our policy
We do not allow our registered agent address to be listed as your principal office or mailing address. It exists for one purpose: serving as the legally required point of contact between your LLC and the State of Wyoming, and receiving official state and legal mail on your LLC's behalf. Using it for anything else puts your bank applications and business mail at risk.
If your LLC needs a mailing or business address, we provide one that is completely separate from our registered agent address, at a different location, so the two are never confused by a bank, the state, or anyone else reviewing your filings.

Wyoming Business Address — FAQ
Is a Wyoming registered office the same as a business or mailing address?
No. The registered office is the physical, legally required address where the registered agent receives service of process and official state mail. A business or mailing address is a separate service for your day-to-day and bank mail, at a different location.
Can I use your registered agent address as my principal or mailing address?
No. The registered agent address exists only to serve as the legal point of contact with the State of Wyoming. Using it as your principal office or mailing address can put your bank applications and business mail at risk, so we provide a separate address for that.
How much is a Wyoming business address?
Three options: a unique address with your own unit number at $120/year including 30 scanned and forwarded mail items a month; a shared address at $30/year with scanning at $5 per item; or a shared address at $12/year with scanning at $10 per item.
What can the business address receive?
Both options are fully separate from the registered agent address and can receive checks, bank cards, invoices, parcels, and any other business or client mail.
